Who we are

Visible Rights is operated by VISIBLE THINGS, Inc ("we", "us"). This policy describes how we handle information when you use visible-rights.com and related services.

Information we collect

Account information (name, email, password credentials); content you or your organization upload for analysis (documents, contracts, media metadata, spreadsheets); information extracted from that content by our analysis pipeline; and usage information needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

To provide the service: converting, analyzing, and organizing your archive; deriving rights positions and opportunities; and generating reports for your organization. Uploaded documents are processed by AI providers under agreements that do not permit them to train on your content. We do not sell your information.

Your library is private

Documents, extracted rights data, and analysis are private to your organization and access-controlled at the database layer. Nothing is published publicly except content your organization explicitly approves for publication. If a document you upload names an organization that also uses our platform, we may notify that organization that it is referenced — without sharing the document, its contents, or your identity.

Retention and deletion

We retain your content for as long as your organization uses the service. You may request export or deletion of your organization's data by contacting us at privacy@visible-rights.com.
